I just want to let you know a little bit about me.
I’m a ‘petite’ Panamanian yogini, health enthusiast, and nature lover who loves to both cook & eat healthylicious food.
My intention is to share inspiration and help others find harmony and live vibrantly by connecting mind, body, and spirit.
A couple of years ago I embarked in a journey to find myself. The two main things that helped me become this “new me” were yoga and adopting a healthy lifestyle: I learned how to use food as my medicine for both physical and emotional ailments; I adopted a less stressful way of living; and I understood that my body is a temple thus I must care for it as one.
My life changed in ways I had never imagined and that is why I decided to dedicate my life to helping others do the same.
As both a Health Coach and Yoga Instructor I understand the importance of regarding our health holistically and I believe that we are all capable of cultivating the best version of ourselves all we need is motivation, some support, and tons of love.
Above all, I am a firm believer that as long as we live through LOVE and Gratitude everything is possible
